WELCOME
I am a bilingual (Mandarin) clinical neuropsychologist and a New York State licensed psychologist. I have received extensive training from and have held positions in the nation's leading hospitals and institutes, including UCLA Semel Institute for Neuroscience and Human Behavior, Child Mind Institute, and NYU Langone Health – Rusk Rehabilitation.
My expertise in brain development and brain injury; processing, social, and emotional concerns that influence learning and development; and medical conditions that impact cognition enable me to work in partnership with you to unlock your child's potential and propel them towards a brighter future. I specialize in uncovering students' cognitive abilities, learning styles, social communication skills, and coping skills using evidence-based tools. My goal is to identify specific ways to help children, parents, and school teams understand students' learning profiles. Students I work with range from ages 3 through adulthood. My expertise lies in evaluating attention & executive functioning (e.g., ADHD); language and communication; language-based learning (e.g., dyslexia); nonverbal learning differences (e.g., dyscalculia); autism spectrum disorder; learning differences in bilingual learners; medical conditions that impact cognition (i.e., concussions; genetic syndromes; epilepsy; cerebral palsy; etc); and anxiety, mood, and other mental health challenges that impact functioning.

The most rewarding aspect of my career is the opportunity to collaborate with parents and schools to uncover a child’s potential and identify barriers to success so that individualized interventions that are grounded in research can be implemented. It is my privilege to work with parents and schools to provide a roadmap that supports a child’s ability to realize their potential, develop a healthy sense of self, overcome speed bumps with grit and resilience, and thrive.
